A note on shipping:

Our roast day is Monday. We generally roast to order to guarantee freshness and thus only ever hold small quantities in stock. For same week delivery please make sure to place your order before 18:00 on a Sunday. Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Although we will always try our best to accomodate your order as it comes in, we can only guarantee same week delivery for orders that are placed before the Sunday evening deadline.

Standard delivery includes protection against damage/loss up to a value of 20GBP and tracking for orders of 2.5kg and more.

If you would like smaller orders to be sent with tracking and/or would like for your order to be sent with full content insurance against damage or loss, please get in touch via email before finishing your order via the webshop and we will take care of you indivdually: hello(a)kontextcoffee.com
