We have a special treat for you - our friend Meredith Whitely from Calm Cocoa has created an absoluelty delicious bespoke coffee chocolate bar for us, showcasing one of the most unusual coffees we have ever had in our product range: India Excelsa - Natural anaerobic and yeast inocculated. This Limited Edition coffee is a unique and rare species of coffee, different from the more widely known Arabica and Robusta species, giving us a completely different flavour profile. It has a lower caffeine content, containing only about half as much caffeine as Arabica and a quarter of the caffeine most Robustas bring to the cup. It has a low acidity and a very elevated sweetness which in combination makes for a coffee unlike any you will have tasted before. Meredith created a 72% dark chocolate using cacao beans from the Solomon Islands laced with the incredible sweetness and aroma of the Excelsa by incorporating ground coffee along with a sprinkle of Halon Mon Welsh Sea Salt and "nibs" of coffee beans to give it a delicious crunch. +++ DISCLAIMER: It's addictive :)) +++
