ORDERING

We work hard to make sure all the product descriptions, specifications and pricing listed on this website are correct - however, we are human and sometimes mistakes happen. In the event it does we are sorry but we won't be able to accept your order. We will however contact you with a full explanation and alternative offer. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

RETURNS
Non-consumable goods
We will accept returns of any equipment or faulty goods. Equipment or merchandise must be returned unused in its original packaging to Kontext Coffee Company, Wyastone Business Park, Wyastone Leys, Ganarew, Monmouth, NP253SR. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Non-faulty goods must be returned at your own cost and you must get in touch to discuss shipping options. We will organise for faulty goods to be collected from you; we will use our own courier and you will be required to be available for a nominated collection.
Consumable goods
First and foremost we want to bring you pleasure in a cup by providing you with the highest coffee quality always - if for some reason you order beans from us and they just don't seem to taste quite right, please get in touch (Monday to Friday 0900 -1700) on 01600887108 or by email hello(@)kontextcoffee.com. We will then work with you to resolve the issue. As coffee is a consumable good we will only be bale to replace or refund coffee if it is faulty or damaged in any way. This is subject to assessment by our roastery team.

SHIPPING

Our roast day is Monday. Orders will be sent out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and depending on availability within 24-48 hrs of time of order after that.

Standard delivery includes protection against damage/loss up to a value of 20GBP and tracking for orders of 2.5kg and more.

If you would like smaller orders to be sent with tracking and/or would like for your order to be sent with full content insurance against damage or loss, please get in touch via email before finishing your order via the webshop and we will take care of you indivdually: hello(a)kontextcoffee.com
